Are pets allowed?
We are aware that traveling with our pets is more comfortable and fun, at the same time the well-being of our present and future guests is our priority, therefore, to prevent inconveniences to future guests with allergies to any type of pet, our stays do not allow staying with pets.
Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges?
Cleaning is not included in the stay packages; however, it can be arranged separately at any frequency you wish with the help of our specialized staff.
What security measures do you have?
The property is protected at the top by an electric fence, complying with state regulations. All common areas are under 24-hour video surveillance and have fire-fighting equipment and regulatory signs. In addition, each space has smoke and CO detectors for the peace of mind of all our guests.
